Stripe Connect is a payment platform known for its simplicit. To help you get started, we've prepared a step-by-step guide to set up your Stripe Connect account, complemented by helpful images at each stage.

Getting started with Stripe Connect

1. Account credentials:
  • Email & phone number: Begin by entering your email address and a phone number that Stripe will use for verification and important account communications.
2. Business information:
  • Legalities: Provide the legal business name and your business registration number (MBS).
  • Company details: Input the name of your brand or company, along with the business phone number.
  • Business type: Select the industry category that best represents your business.
  • Online presence: Share your business website URL. If you don’t have one, you can provide a brief description of your business instead.
3. Personal & position details:
  • Identity: Enter your first and last name, along with your job title within the company.
  • DOB & address: Your date of birth and residential address are required for identity verification.
  • Ownership & role: Indicate whether you own more than 25% of the company and if you hold a position on the board.

4. Additional directors:

  • If your company structure includes other directors, this is the step where you can add their details.

5. Executives:

  • Should there be any additional executives in your company, you can include their information in this section.

6. Financial details:

  • Currency & bank info: Choose the currency you’ll operate in, the country where your bank is located, and provide your IBAN (International Bank Account Number).

Once you’ve completed these steps and saved your information, you'll be redirected back to the Clubhub Organisations web app. All you need to do now is wait a few minutes for the synchronization to complete, and you’ll be all set to smoothly receive payments through Stripe Connect for your organization.
