Clubhub team: promoters explained

The Promoters tab empowers team members with the ability to send tickets and table reservations to customers, either as gifts or for purchase.

How to use the promoters tab:

1. Choose your action: Decide whether you want to gift (send for free) or sell (charge a custom amount) tickets or tables.

2. Select a delivery method:
  • Via app: If the customer uses the Clubhub nightlife app, this method allows you to send tickets/tables directly to their app via @clubtag.
    Notably, if you choose to sell, the QR code linked to the ticket or table won't be visible to the customer until you confirm they've made the pay
  • Via email: Ideal for customers who haven't installed the Clubhub Nightlife app. Send tickets or table reservations directly to their email.
3. Payment and confirmation:
  • Gifted tickets/tables: Once you send these, the process is complete. The receiver gets immediate access.
  • Sold tickets/tables: After the customer makes a payment to you directly (outside of the Clubhub system), you can mark the ticket or table as „paid“. Only then will the customer see the QR code (if sent to a Clubhub user), finalizing their purchase. Otherwise, sending via email immediately shows the QR code.

This feature ensures a seamless process for both team members and customers, prioritizing flexibility for different kinds of customers.

The "sold" and "gifted" overview

For a comprehensive view of your performance, we've introduced distinct tabs for "Sold" and "Gifted" items. Have a streamlined view of what's been sold and what's been gifted.

Navigating the "sold" view:
  • Paid & non-paid tabs: Clearly separated sections let promoters instantly see which tickets or tables have been paid for and which ones are still pending. An essential tool for efficient financial     management!
  • Quick payment confirmation: After getting a payment from a customer (outside the Clubhub system), click on their non-paid status and move them to the 'Paid' list.
