Are you a venue owner or a team member looking to join Clubhub’s dynamic platform? Great choice! However, there’s a small catch that youneed to be aware of. Let's clear the air on a few things.

Setting up your parent venue

When you're setting up a Parent Venue on Clubhub, you'll use your organizational email. This account will be your main hub for every thing related to your venue. You can manage events, track performance, and much more.

But here’s the thing: You won’t be able to log into the Clubhub Team app with this email.

Creating a team member profile

For the Clubhub team app, you'll need a separate account. This is where your name, surname, and a different email come into play. This distinction is crucial for maintaining a clear separation between venue management and team coordination.

Joining an Organization - A step-by-step guide:

1. Account creation: Open the Clubhub Team app and create an account.
2. Enter the Organization ID: Your Organization manager will provide you with an Organization ID. Enter this ID into the Clubhub Team app.
3. Wait for verification: This is the security net for venues. Even if someone gets hold of your Organization ID (though they shouldn’t), they can't just jump into your team. The Organization manager     or owner has the final say. They'll review the request and then verify it under the „My Team“ section on web app

This multi-step process, although might seem a bit difficult, is designed withutmost precision to ensure top-notch security. It makes sure that only therightful members join an organization, keeping the data and internalcommunications secure.
